Intracerebral Hemorrhage (ICH) is an emergency and should be treated as one.

ICH is a hemorrhagic stroke, one of the most deadly and disabling diseases in the world.

Our CODE-ICH group is dedicated to RESEARCH and EDUCATION in ICH.

We have an incredible opportunity to save brain function and save lives

  • ICH is a hemorrhagic stroke
  • A small blood vessel ruptures, causing bleeding in the brain
  • People suddenly lose brain function
    • They may not be able to talk
    • They may have facial drooping
    • They may not be able to move one side of the body
    • They may not be able to wake up or walk
